We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to make a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 14 days of the delivery/receiving of order.

2. Item(s) returns to us in its original product packaging with the complete contents.

3. Item(s) must be returned in as new condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Item(s) has all original undamaged labels and tags.

5. Item(s) the product is not contaminated.

6. Item(s) is undamaged and unwashed.

If your return item(s) arrives and not meeting these requirements, or is deemed unfit by our team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.

Shipping costs incurred for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Only defective items or wrong items received will be reimbursed for shipping return packages.

If you want to get a refund, you can do it without any problems. For this you will need to return your package to our supplier's warehouse in China. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your package, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Once we receive the returned package, we will check the item(s) to confirm eligibility for refund. If refund criteria is met, we will issue a refund within 14 days back to the account you used to make your original purchase. For more information contact us support@nominil.com

To start a return, you can contact us at support@nominil.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you have provided an incorrect address and you do not receive your package, we reserve the right not to send a replacement.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

CANCELLATION

We understand that there may be times when orders need to be canceled. However, if you sent your cancellation request after we processed the order and sent you a mail with tracking number, we cannot cancel your order, so please, if you wish to cancel your order, contact us ASAP at support@nominil.com.
